Fascinated by transformative sound practices. I longed to learn more travelling around Indonesia, Asia, India and Europe. Listened to the Dead Sea gently lapping the shores of Jordan, relaxed in frangipani Balinese flower baths with the distinct sound of Gamelan percussion, rested to the crystal singing bowls in Bali and detoxified in Moroccan hammams to the call to prayer. Studying the powerful healing art of the sacred crystal singing bowls and other instruments in Brussels, Somerset and Kent with a plethora of amazing teachers and mentors.
A qualified yoga teacher in Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra, as well as Thai, Ayurvedic, Balinese and Aromatherapy massage you will see the integration of meditation, breathe work, touch, self-enquiry and aromatic oils in the sound experiences.
I offer weekly Wednesday crystal vibrations sound baths, monthly Saturday sound circles in Swansea, South Wales and offer sound experiences in national and international retreats.
