What is the cancellation policy for the sound events?
Your space on the sound bath is confirmed only once payment has been received. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given when less than 48 hours notice is given for non-attendance of the sound bath. Bookings can not be transferred to a different date or event.
What are the terms and conditions of Gift Vouchers & Digital Gift Cards?
No change or credit given on payment with gift voucher and digital gift card. No exchange or refunds for unused or unwanted vouchers. Gift vouchers and digital gift cards will become invalid/used when less than 48 hours notice is given for non-attendance of the booked sound bath. Gift vouchers and digital gift cards will become invalid/used in the event of non-attendance of the booked sound bath.
Are there any contra-indications for the sound events?
For your safety sound healing may not be suitable for those with a pacemaker, artificial heart valves, cardiac arrhythmias, shunts or deep brain stimulation devices, epilepsy and pregnancy. Please do not attend the sound bath if you have any of the contra-indications identified above or seek an approval letter from your doctor. Our intention is to keep you safe.
You must be 18 years old or over to attend the sound bath.
How long do physical products take to arrive?
We aim to deliver all physical orders between 4-7 days. We track all your orders, so we know where they are at all times, until they arrive safely into your hands. UK delivery cost will be calculated per item at check out.
