Set outdoors, you are invited to energetically experience the magic of Clyne Botanical Gardens in Summer with beautiful panoramic views over Swansea Bay. A deeply nourishing sound bath which begins with a calming meditation and breathe practice before we embrace both the harmony of the sacred instruments and sounds of nature. A deeply relaxing and soothing experience.
What sacred and healing instruments do we play?
A collection of sacred instruments powerfully tuned to 432hz the primordial sound of the universe are played to re-connect deeply with ourselves in a supportive space. Waves of soothing balancing vibrations will flow through us from the sacred quartz crystal singing bowls and otherworldly ethereal melodies and music. Feel the grounded relaxing resonance of the magical crystal rainbow chalices, cactus rain stick, ocean drum and hand hammered Tibetan singing bowls. Absorb the sweet fairy tinkle of the delicate Koshi, Pala Seed, Chakra and Harmony bamboo chimes.
Where is the sound bath and what should I bring?
Our special location is Clyne Botanicals Gardens, Swansea. Closest parking is on Westport Avenue or St Catwg Walk (SA3 5ED) in the Mayals area of Swansea. Allow yourself time to find a parking space. Enter Clyne Gardens though the gate on St Catwg Walk and walk straight ahead to the the scenic viewpoint overlooking the ocean where there are picnic tables and a large fallen log. You will see me set up there.
Bring with you a yoga mat or something to lie on, a blanket and pillow. Wear layers as your body temperature can drop during the sound bath.
Cancellation Policy
Your space on the sound bath is confirmed once payment has been received. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given when less than 48 hours notice is given for non-attendance of the sound bath. We love you and hope you understand.
The weathers is looking good. In the event of unsuitable weather I will be in touch before the event to cancel. If the event is cancelled, you will be able to use the credit towards another sound bath or receive a refund.
Contra-indications Policy
For your safety sound healing may not be suitable for those with a pacemaker, artificial heart valves, cardiac arrhythmias, shunts or deep brain stimulation devices, epilepsy and pregnancy. Please do not attend the sound bath if you have any of the contra-indications identified above or seek an approval letter from your doctor. Our intention is to keep you safe.
You must be 18 years old or over to attend the sound bath.
By booking your space on the sound bath you are consenting to have understood the Cancellation Policy, Contra-indications Policy and minimum age requirement.
