‘Meet Your Future Self’ a unique sound visualisation journey designed to nourish and support you in uncovering the answers you seek - to live a life that feels more aligned and true to your heart. The answers already lie deep within you.
Peel back the challenges you face and beliefs limiting your future. Connect with a new way of being. Create better thoughts, better feelings and better behaviours to live more fully in 2026 and beyond.
Rooted in teachings from neuroscience, sound entrainment, meditation, ancient yogic wisdom and a sprinkle of magick. We always leave some room for the unexplainable. Imagine you could journey into the future to seek clarity and guidance from an older wiser version of yourself. This personal journey is designed to shift your state of consciousness so you can picture communicating with your future self.
In ceremony, we will anoint the Ajna Chakra with a blue lotus flower oil and sip on an heart opening tea to offer perception beyond ordinary sight. Use an Antmanjali moving mudra to build the connection between the third eye and heart space. Using rhythm and frequency from the sacred quartz crystal singing bowls and rainbow chalice our brainwaves can experience entrained. Powerfully tuned to the primordial sound of the universe. Down-shift normal waking consciousness to an alpha relaxed consciousness or even reach a theta meditative state. So much powerful guidance can lie here. Waves of soothing and harmonious vibrations will bathe and flow though us.

What should I bring?
The Swansea Wellbeing Centre supplies all that you need. To optimise the experience we encourage optional items of comfort such as your favourite pillow or blanket, comfy warm clothing, any item close to your heart, eye pillows and crystals.
Our environment is nestled in a beautiful healing space in Swansea. This place is all the soothing vibes! The address is Swansea Wellbeing Centre, Walter Road, Swansea SA1 5PQ. There is some free street parking outside and close to the centre.
When you arrive at Swansea Wellbeing Centre please take a comfortable seat in reception. I will collect you promptly at 6.30pm.
Cancellation Policy
Your space on the sound bath is confirmed once payment has been received. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given when less than 48 hours notice is given for non-attendance of the sound bath. We love you and hope you understand.
Contra-indications Policy
For your safety sound healing may not be suitable for those with a pacemaker, artificial heart valves, cardiac arrhythmias, shunts or deep brain stimulation devices, epilepsy and pregnancy. Please do not attend the sound bath if you have any of the contra-indications identified above or seek an approval letter from your doctor. Those with sound sensitivity should inform the facilitator for appropriate accommodations - you are welcome to wear protective earplugs or headphones. (These are not provided.) Our intention is to keep you safe.
You must be 18 years old or over to attend the sound bath.
