Soul Searching Sound Bath, Weds 14th January 7.30pm

£16.00

‘‘Beautiful sound healing bath with the incredible talented Fran. Each session brings up so much for me. I can’t quite believe how much us released. Loved it again.’’ Michelle

The Studio, Swansea Wellbeing Centre 7.30pm - 8.30pm

Join us in our sanctuary space, two weeks into the brand new year. Under a darkening moon, we transition toward the first new moon of 2026. In lunar darkness, we will journey into sacred introspection and soul-searching to check we are fully aligned and gain a deeper layer of clarity for the year ahead.

In the sound bath, we will flow through a meditation, use the breath and calming soundscapes to guide you gently back home to yourself. Comfortably lie back for the duration of the sound bath where you are invited with freedom to encounter and experience the therapeutic sounds as they fill the space. Deeply immerse and feel into the soothing meditative sound frequencies which will take you on your own supportive and nurturing journey.

What healing instruments do we play?

A collection of sacred instruments powerfully tuned to 432hz the primordial sound of the universe are played to re-connect deeply with ourselves in a supportive space. Waves of soothing balancing vibrations will flow through us from the sacred quartz crystal singing bowls and otherworldly ethereal melodies and music. Feel the grounded relaxing resonance of the magical crystal rainbow chalices, cactus rain stick and hand hammered Tibetan singing bowl. Absorb the sonic vibrations and the sweet fairy tinkle of the delicate Koshi, Woodstock, Harmony, Pala Seed and Chakra Bamboo chimes.
