The Magick Sounds Gift Voucher entitles the recipient to a one hour crystal sound bath up to the value of £15. Offered weekly on a Wednesday, 7.30pm - 8.30pm at Swansea Wellbeing Centre SA1 5PQ. In the sound bath deeply immerse and feel into soothing meditative sound frequencies to calm, nurture and relax. A magical collective of crystal sounds are thoughtfully curated to allow you to rest and rejuvenate. Create harmony and peace in the deepest parts of your body, mind, emotions and spirit. Sonic vibrations can slow down the breathe, soothe the nervous system, lower the heart rate and activate the most restful brain waves patterns to feel refreshed and restored.
The sound bath begins with a meditation and breath practice to settle and become present. Comfortably lie back for the duration of the sound bath whilst you are invited with freedom to encounter and experience the therapeutic sounds as they fill the space.
