Offered the first Saturday of every month, 6.30pm - 8.00pm in Swansea Wellbeing Centre, SA1 5PQ. We gather in an infinity circle of boundless energy, each month the sound experience is curated to be different and could be based on the lunar cycle, astrological happenings, the seasons, yogic relaxation practices and meaningful ritual.
We will use sacred instruments powerfully tuned to 432hz the primordial sound of the universe to re-connect deeply with ourselves in supportive space. Waves of soothing balancing vibrations will flow through us from the sacred quartz crystal singing bowls and otherworldly ethereal melodies.
